Membership by approval of the Board of Directors and a majority vote of the members present at a

regularly scheduled membership meeting. Life Members shall be credited with payment of all dues and

shall be entitled to all privileges of an Active Member. Each award of Life Membership shall be

considered on its individual merits without recourse to any formula.
