Honorary Members are elected by the Board of Directors from among those who have rendered meritorious service to the club. This is usually because of some benefit that they have or will perform for the club. Individuals, companies and groups can be designated as an honorary member. This is also usually for a specified period of time although the end date can be left open. Honorary Members are entitled to only those rights and privileges as the Board of Directors designate in each case.
