Board Members
The Board of Directors shall be the governing body of the club. All business, property and affairs of the club shall be managed by the Board. Consistent with these by-laws, the Board shall decide on plans and policies and shall enact rules and regulations for the conduct of the club's affairs. All members of the Board of Directors must be Active Members over eighteen(18) years of age, and must be regular participants at monthly meetings and other activities of the club. Directors must have been members of the club for at least one year. The four Directors serve two-year terms on a staggered basis, so each year, two Directors must stand for election. The Board establishes the purpose and direction of the club and handles all club business. In other words, all money decisions are made by the Board. Your directors also have the combination to the locks on the tool and supply cabinets in the workroom. So if you want to work on the layout at some unusual time, coordinate your supplies with someone on the Board.
